Our story
So-ee is Singapore's first northern Vietnamese sticky rice brand. Every bowl is steamed fresh daily using traditional Hà Nội recipes — golden turmeric rice, silky mung bean paste, crispy fried shallots, and toppings prepared by hand every morning.
